    New Concept for LED Lighting

    For the vast majority of LED lighting products today, the method by which heat dissipation is achieved is generally the same. The concept of HS Frame was originally conceived with the single-minded pursuit of achieving optimal thermal performance through a fundamentally different lead frame structure.The HS FRAME module effectively tackles the heat issue even without the need for a separate heat sink.  Also, the HS FRAME module has built-in circuitry, which negates the need for using a printed circuit board (PCB) in a lighting fixture.  Without a PCB, we also get rid of the need for soldering, another feature that makes our lighting fixtures truly unique.  Why is this important?  Because one of the primary reasons for defects in LED lighting fixtures result from faulty mounting of LED packages onto PCBs through the soldering process.  Also, PCBs and solder paste are not environmentally-friendly!The absence of a separate heat sink and PCB allows us to optimize form factor freedom, which ultimately unlocks the potential of LED lighting.  LED lighting fixtures can now be made in form factors (size, weight, design, etc.) similar to traditional lighting fixture, opening up new possibilities.

    In the process of converting electric energy to light energy, there is a major loss in energy that gets converted to heat. That is why thermal management is the key feature of LED lighting fixtures. Lighting fixtures made with HS FRAMES do not require a heat sink. The module itself effectively serves the role of a heat sink! HS Frame has a very low thermal resistance compared to standard structures for LED lamps.  Thermal resistance refers to a bottleneck in heat.  The less bottleneck, the less heat that gets generated.  HS FRAME is also designed for optimal heat dissipation.  With less heat and superior heat dissipation, HS FRAME leads to quicker thermal stabilization after being turned on.

    This is a ground-breaking LED lamp with a maximum power consumption of 144 watt.  Due to superior heat dissipation at the modular level, this lamp does not require a separate heat sink.  This high-power lamp is a true omnidirectional lamp with remarkable illumination. You can just simply plug in the LED lamp by leveraging the existing fixture with the desired beam angle intended by the original fixture design.
